2021年平凉市工作场所职业病危害因素监测结果分析

摘要 目的分析掌握甘肃省平凉市用人单位职业危害因素及职业病防治基础管理现状,为进一步开展职业病防控工作提供依据。方法通过工作场所职业病危害因素监测系统,导出平凉市2021年工作场所职业病危害因素监测数据;通过EXCEL 2007和SPSS 22.0汇总整理并统计分析数据。结果2021年平凉市共有131家用人单位,其中崆峒区最多45家、占34.35%。员工总数为18918人,总接触危害因素(简称接害)数11521人、占60.90%。职业病危害因素主要分布于制造业(96家、占73.28%)和采矿业(23家、占17.56%),作业岗位粉尘和噪声的超标率较高,分别为22.14%和14.07%。职业病危害因素申报率为94.66%,职业健康检查率为67.18%,接害劳动者培训率为96.11%。结论平凉市职业卫生工作面临新的形势,职业病危害因素防控现状不容乐观,职业卫生基础管理工作有待加强,相关部门的工作能力和水平还需进一步提升。 Objective To analyze and master the occupational hazard factors and the current situation of occupational disease prevention and control in the employing units in Pingliang city,and provide basis for further carrying out prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods The monitoring data of hazard factors of occupational disease was collected from Occupational Disease Hazard Factor Monitoring System in the workplace in Pingliang city,2021.The data was processed and analyzed with EXCEL 2007 and SPSS 22.0 software.Results There were 131 employing units in Pingliang city,and 45 of which were in Kongtong district,accounting for 34.35%.Total number of workers was 18918,with 11521workers exposed to hazard factors,accounting for 60.90%.The occupational hazards mainly distributed in the manufacturing(96 units,accounting for 73.28%)and mining industries(23 units,accounting for 17.56%).The exceeding standard rate of dust and noise in working posts was high,with 22.14%and 14.07%,respectively.The declaration rate of occupational disease hazards was 94.66%,the examination rate of occupational health was 67.18%,and the rate of training of the workers who exposed to hazards was 96.11%.Conclusions The occupational health faces new situation and the status of prevention and control of occupational hazard factors is not optimistic in Pingliang city.The basic management of occupational health needs to be strengthened,and the working capacity and level of relevant departments still need to be further improved.
