现代化工匠人才是提升职业教育供给与经济社会发展匹配度、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的关键所在。面向教育强国建设,构建现代化工匠人才培养体系是引领职业教育改革创新的“东风”、形塑国家职教生态的“捷径”、推动经济提质增效的“便车”。现代化工匠人才培养体系在工匠精神培育阶段推动课程体系与校园文化双发力、高技能人才打造阶段完成专业设置与继续教育双突破、现代化工匠人才锻造阶段实现实习实训与产学协同双巩固。在此基础上,通过在“双向”培养机制、“双师”队伍建设、“双驱”人才输送三大维度上发力,全面提升职业院校现代化工匠人才培养质量,为实现职业教育创新性发展、建成高等教育强国注入澎湃动能。
