美国高中生涯技术教育:现实价值、发展状况及改革趋势

High School Career and Technical Education in the United States:Practical Value,Development Status and Reform Trend

摘要 美国高中阶段的生涯技术教育在美国的整个生涯技术教育阶段中占据十分重要的地位。在劳动力市场重组下的“技能鸿沟”、教育发展与经济需求衔接不畅以及生涯技术教育质量有待提升的现实背景下,美国通过将中学教育与中学后教育相衔接、实施双重注册等举措来进一步适应劳动力市场变革,展现了美国生涯技术教育发展的新动态,体现出美国不断加强学校与教育机构以及行业代表的多方联系、不断将学生个性发展与就业发展融入生涯技术教育中的发展新趋势。 Career and technical education in American high schools plays an important role in the career and technical education of the whole United States.Under the background of the“skills gap”caused by the labor market restructuring,the poor connection between education development and economic needs,and the to-be-im-proved quality of career and technical education,the United States further adapts to the changes of the labor mar-ket by linking secondary education with post-secondary education,implementing dual registration and other mea-sures,which shows the new trend of the development of career and technical education in the United States.It re-flects the continuous strengthening of the multi-party contact between schools,educational institutions and indus-try representatives in the United States;it is a new trend to integrate student personality development and em-ployment development into career and technical education.
