学生课堂体验的四层递进及教学策略

On the Four Levels of Students'Classroom Experience and Teaching Strategies

摘要 体验教学是基于学生生命,以注重学生内在“体验”为核心,主“知—情—行”协调统一的教学方式。课堂体验由始而终主要历经四个层次,即体验目标层次、体验生成层次、体验内化层次和体验外化层次。不同的体验层次需要使用与其相应的教学策略才能使学生体验的价值得以彰显。与四个层次相匹配的四种基本体验教学策略,即背景建构策略、对象关系策略、内化调节策略和体验表达策略。课堂体验的层次结构及教学策略研究可以成为教师操作学生课堂体验的行动指南,对教师的体验教学实践具有最直接的指导意义。 Experiential teaching is a teaching method based on students'lives,centering on students'inner"experience",and focusing on the coordination and unity of"knowledge-emotion-action".Classroom experience mainly goes through four levels from beginning to end,namely the experience target level,the experience generation level,the experience internalization level,and the experience externalization level.Different levels require the use of corresponding teaching strategies so that the value of student experience can be highlighted.Therefore,this study further proposes four basic experiential teaching strategies to match them:background construction strategy,object relationship strategy,internalization adjustment strategy and experience expression strategy.Research on the hierarchical structure of classroom experience and teaching strategies can serve as an action guide for teachers to operate students'classroom experience,which has the most direct guiding significance for teachers'experiential teaching practice.
