摘要
全民数字素养教育是公共图书馆作为社会教育机构在数字经济时代的职责担当。文章引入变异理论对公共图书馆全民数字素养教育课程进行分析,构建由学习主体、实践情景、学习内容和教学目标4个维度组成的课程内容体系,以及由教学分析与设计、资源开发与支持、教学服务与管理、评估反馈与优化4个环节组成的课程教学模型,借此探讨数字素养教育课程的内容要素与实施策略,以期从教学内容和教学方法两个视角为公共图书馆全民数字素养教育提供理论支撑和行动参考。
National digital literacy education is the responsibility of public libraries as social education institutions in the era of digital economy.This paper introduces the variation theory to analyze the national digital literacy education in public libraries,and constructs a curriculum content system consisting of four dimensions:learning subjects,practical scenarios,learning contents,and teaching objectives.It also constructs a curriculum teaching model consisting of four links:teaching analysis and design,resource development and support,teaching services and management,evaluation feedback and optimization.By exploring the content elements and implementation strategies of digital literacy education curriculum,it aims to provide a theoretical perspective and action reference for national digital literacy education in public libraries from the perspectives of teaching content and teaching methods.
