摘要
为研究不同分子量透明质酸钠及其协同维生素C或罗伊氏乳杆菌对酒精性胃黏膜损伤的辅助保护作用,对大鼠连续4周灌胃高、低分子量透明质酸钠、高分子量透明质酸钠-维生素C (high-molecular-weightsodium hyaluronate, HSH-VC)及高分子量透明质酸钠-罗伊氏乳杆菌,并构建乙醇致急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,计算黏膜组织损伤评分、损伤抑制率,观察病理组织切片,考察透明质酸钠及其组合物对胃黏膜的辅助保护作用。与正常组相比,模型组大鼠黏膜损伤积分显著增高,出血点、出血带明显;口服干预的试验组大鼠损伤有不同程度改善,其中,高分子量组改善效果优于低分子量组;HSH-VC组效果最佳,体现为胃黏膜损伤面积显著减小,损伤抑制率显著提高,组织病理变化明显减轻。高分子量透明质酸钠、HSH-VC能对酒精性胃黏膜损伤有更好辅助保护作用,为胃黏膜辅助保护领域研究提供参考。
The auxiliary protective effects of sodium hyaluronate with different molecular weight,synergic vitamin C and Lactobacillus reuteri on alcoholic acute gastric mucosal injury are investigated.The rats receive high and low molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate,high-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate(HSH-VC)and high-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate-Lactobacillus reuteri for 4 weeks,and the rat model of ethanol-induced acute gastric mucosal injury is constructed.The score of mucosal tissue injury and damage inhibition rate,and observing pathological tissue sections are calculated to verify the protective effect of sodium hyaluronate and compound on gastric mucosal assistance.Compared with the normal group,the model group has significantly higher mucosal damage integration,bleeding points and bleeding zone;The rats in the experimental group improve the oral intervention.Among them,the high molecular weight group(HSH)improves better than the low molecular weight group;HSH-VC is better than the HSH group;The gastric mucosal damage area is significantly decreased,and the histopathological changes are significantly reduced.As a result,HSH and HSH-VC have better gastric mucosa assisted protection effect,which can provide reference for research in the field of gastric mucosal assisted protection.
