大数据背景下广西生鲜农产品冷链物流优化路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Cold Chain Logistics of Fresh Agricultural Products in Guangxi Based on Big Data

广西生鲜农产品种类丰富,产量充足,随着城镇居民需求量的日益增多,冷链物流需求也随之增加,冷链物流作为一种以低温为主要特征的特殊物流形式,在农产品保鲜和损耗率减低方面发挥巨大作用。广西冷链物流相对比较落后,主要表现在冷链物流上下游断裂现象突出、物流信息化建设水平低及数据分析能力弱等方面,严重制约当地农产品的流通和农业经济的可持续发展。基于此,从大数据视角出发,通过对广西生鲜农产品冷链物流发展状况及存在问题进行深入分析,提出加强农产品冷链物流基础设施建设、组建冷链物流联盟及提高冷链物流大数据分析能力等对策建议。借助大数据对农产品冷链物流的全过程进行管理,确保农产品流通的每个环节都可控可查,最大程度地保障农产品品质、降低农产品损耗,进而为农业发展、乡村振兴奠定坚实的基础。

Guangxi has a rich variety of fresh agricultural products with sufficient output.With the increasing demand of urban residents for them,the demand for cold chain logistics also increases.As a special logistics form with low temperature as the main requirement,cold chain logistics plays a huge role in keeping agricultural products fresh and reducing the loss rate.However,the cold chain logistics in Guangxi is relatively backward,which is mainly reflected in the prominent fracture of the upstream and downstream of the cold chain logistics,the low level of logistics information construction and the weak data analysis ability,which seriously restricts the circulation of local agricultural products and the sustainable development of agricultural economy.Based on the above reasons,propose countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the infrastructure construction of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,establish a cold chain logistics alliance,and improve the big data analysis capability of cold chain logistics.With the help of big data,the whole process of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is managed to ensure that each link of agricultural product circulation is controllable and traceable,so as to maximize the quality of agricultural products and to reduce the loss of agricultural products,thus laying a solid foundation for agricultural development and rural revitalization.
