食品接触材料纸制品中18种元素迁移量的测定

Determination of 18 Elements Migration in Food Contact Materials and Paper Products

摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定一次性食品接触材料纸质餐具中铝、锌、钡、锰、铜、铬、钴、钒、镉、铅、硒、锑、锡、砷、汞、钪、镍、铊迁移量。分析北京市一次性食品接触材料纸制品元素迁移情况,为一次性餐具卫生监督、风险评估提供有效数据理论。分别用水性、酸性、油性模拟物对纸质餐具进行提取,提取物经过处理后,用ICP-MS的碰撞反应池动能歧视(KED)技术和在线引入内标溶液的方法进行检测,通过比较样品质谱信号强度和标准校正曲线的信号强度,对试样溶液中的元素进行定量分析。结果表明,标准校正曲线线性关系良好,线性范围根据不同元素选择0~200 ng/mL,相关系数均大于0.998。18种元素低、中、高3种浓度水平加入95%乙醇体系实际样品中,回收率为82.0%~119.9%,相对标准偏差均小于10%(n=6)。得出18种元素检出限,检测样品120件,元素迁移均有检出。通过电感耦合等离子质谱同时检测一次性食品接触材料纸制品中18种元素迁移量,前处理方法简便,方法检测灵敏度高,准确度高。抽样检测一次性食品接触材料纸制品,卫生标准中规定的元素均合格,其他元素存在迁移量偏大,表明一次性食品接触材料纸制品存在潜在危害。 Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is used to determine the migration of aluminum,zinc,barium,manganese,copper,chromium,cobalt,vanadium,cadmium,lead,selenium,antimony,tin,arsenic,mercury,.scandium,nickel and thallium in paper tableware,which are disposable food contact materials.Analyze the element migration of disposable food contact materials and paper products in Beijing,and provide effective data theory for sanitary supervision and risk assessment of disposable tableware.The paper tableware is extracted from aqueous,acidic and oily simulants,respectively.After the extraction was processed,the elements in the sample solution are quantitatively analyzed by comparing the signal intensity of the sample mass spectrum and the signal intensity of the standard calibration curve by using the collision reaction cell KED technology of ICP-MS and the method of introducing the internal standard solution online.The results show that the linear relationship of the standard calibration curve is good,and the correlation coeficient is greater than 0.998.The recoveries of 18 elements are 82.0%-119.9%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%.About 120 samples are tested,and element migration is detected.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is used to detect the migration of 18 elements in disposable food contact materials and paper products simultaneously.The pretreatment method is simple,and the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the method are high.This sampling inspection of disposable food contact material paper products shows that all the elements specified in the hygienic standard are qualified,and other elements have a large amount of migration,and disposable food contact material paper products still have potential hazards.
