摘要
食品安全事关远洋船员身体健康,是影响远洋船舶执行任务顺利与否的关键因素。如何提高远洋船舶食品安全保障能力,备受专家学者关注。作为国际贸易的主要运输方式,与陆运、空运等运输方式不同,远洋船舶运输航行距离远、时间长,海洋及作业环境条件特殊,食品保障具有供应环节多、贮藏保鲜条件有限等特点。近年来,随着我国船舶航行向远发展,远洋船舶的食品安全保障面临着更加严峻、复杂的考验。为此,立足食品供应流程,分析供船食品在供应商管理、冷链物流及安全监管等方面存在问题,并有针对性地提出对策建议。通过信息化技术的应用,规范采购渠道,改进设施设备,完善机制措施,确保远洋船舶的食品安全,对保证远洋船舶顺利完成使命任务,提升海运服务业整体效益具有重要作用。
Food safety is related to the health of ocean-going sailors and is a key factor affecting the smooth execution of tasks of ocean-going ships.How to improve the food safety guarantee ability of ocean-going ships has always been a concern of experts and scholars.As the main mode of transportation in international trade,ocean-going ship transportation is different from land transportation and air transportation.It is faced with such problems as long voyage distance,long time,special Marine and operating environmental conditions,etc.It is characterized by many links of supply guarantee and limited storage and preservation conditions.In recent years,with the far development of Chinese ships,the food safety guarantee of ocean-going ships faces more severe and complex safety tests.Therefore,based on the food supply process,analyze the problems of food supply in supplier management,cold chain logistics and safety supervision,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Through further innovation and application of information and intelligent technology,standardizing procurement channels,improving facilities and equipment,perfecting mechanisms and measures to ensure the food safety of ocean-going ships,it plays an important role in ensuring the smooth completion of missions and tasks of ocean-going ships and improving the overall benefits of the marine service industry.
