摘要
身份认同危机是当今乡村教师队伍建设中的重要难题,特别是在80后新生代正成为乡村教师主力的时期,研究乡村教师身份认同尤为重要。把乡村教师身份认同概念化为乡村教育的热爱者、立德树人的引导者、全面成长的促进者、职业社群的建设者和社区发展的贡献者。当今乡村教师在身份认同上存在着“乡村人”与“城市人”、乡村教育资源约束与发展高期望、主动性不足与发展内生性等困境制约。新时代背景下提升乡村教师身份认同需要持续提高乡村教师职业吸引力,营造尊师的社会文化,搭建乡村教师发展的平台,提高乡村教师形塑身份的意识自觉。
Identity crisis is an important problem in teachers attrition,retention and management,especially in the period when the post-8os'generation is becoming the main force of rural teachers,so it is particularly important to study the identity of rural teachers.The identity of rural teachers is conceptualized as love of rural education,a guide of moral cultivation,a facilitator of all-round growth,a builder of professional communities and a contributor to community development.Nowadays,there are many difficulties in the identification of rural teachers,such as"rural people"and"urban people",resource constraints and high expectations for their development,lack of initiative and endogenous development.To enhance the rural teachers'identity of in The New Era,it is necessary to continuously improve the attractiveness of the rural teachers'profession,create a social culture of respect for teachers,build a platform for the development of rural teachers,and raise the consciousness of rural teachers in shaping their identity.
