互联网金融舆情风险防控——媒介化治理和大数据情报分析视域的考察

Internet Finance Public Opinion Risk Prevention and Control:An Investigation from the Perspective of Mediatized Governance and Big Data Analysis

舆情源于公众的心声,形成后又反作用于公众的心灵世界。舆情风险对人心稳定和社会稳定产生巨大冲击力,造成非同一般的离心力。互联网金融舆情风险缘事而发,由互联网金融相关事件及风险引发生成,以公众意见、态度、情绪为主要内涵,和实体事件的风险相叠加。互联网金融舆情风险既不同于一般舆情风险,也不同于互联网金融的其他风险。以媒介化治理来防控互联网金融舆情风险,能够跳出从金融研究金融的窠臼,进而解决金融中的痛点难题。其主要路径有:及时披露相关信息,有效引导舆论,进行建设性的舆论监督,推动协商民主。对互联网金融舆情风险进行防控,大数据情报分析亦可发挥重要作用。大数据情报分析有利于探查蛛丝马迹,实现情报的“耳目、尖兵、参谋”功能,是媒介化治理可借用的重要工具和手段,应使之与媒介化治理形成互联网金融舆情风险的防控合力,共同发挥作用。

Public opinion arises from the voices of the public and then in turn affects the public's inner world.Public opinion risks have a tremendous impact on emotional and social stability,causing extraordinary centrifugal force.Internet Finance public opinion risks are derived from incidents related to internet finance and are generated by public opinions,attitudes,and emotions,superimposed with the risks of actual events.Internet finance public opinion risks are different from general public opinion risks and other risks in Internet Finance.This paper explores the use of mediatized governance to prevent and control Internet Finance public opinion risks,aiming to jump out of the traditional financial research and take a different route in addressing the pain points and challenges within finance.The main approaches include timely disclosure of relevant information,effective guidance of public opinion,constructive supervision of public opinion,and promotion of consultative democracy.In the prevention and control of public opinion risks in Internet Finance,big data analysis can play an important role,which is beneficial for uncovering clues and fulfilling the functions of"ears,eyes,scouts,and advisors"in gathering information.It is an important tool that can be utilized in mediatized governance,and should be combined with mediatized governance to form a joint force in preventing and controlling Internet Finance public opinion risks.
