创伤后纤维蛋白原降低与ISS及蛇毒血凝酶注射的相关性研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between post-traumatic fibrinogen reduction and ISS and hemocoagulase injection

创伤是急诊外科常见急症之一,其严重威胁人民群众的生命安全。创伤后出血作为目前严重创伤患者潜在可预防死亡的主要原因,及时地给予评估、预防及救治至关重要。近年来,各级创伤中心对损伤严重度评分(injury severity score, ISS)不一的创伤患者的早期诊治以及创伤后出血如何注射蛇毒血凝酶已成为临床研究热点。本文就ISS及蛇毒血凝酶注射在创伤后纤维蛋白原水平降低方面的作用及相关研究进展进行综述,以期为创伤患者出现纤维蛋白原降低的预防救治及改善预后等方面提供参考。

Trauma is common in the field of emergency surgery,posing a significant threat to people’s lives.Post-traumatic hemorrhage is currently the main cause of potentially preventable death in severe trauma patients;therefore,timely assessment,prevention,and treatment are of utmost importance.In recent years,the early diagnosis and treatment of trauma patients with different injury severity scores(ISS)and reasonable injection of hemocoagulase after traumatic bleeding has become a hot spot of clinical research.This article reviews the role of ISS and hemocoagulase injection in reducing fibrinogen levels after trauma.It also discusses the progress made in related research,aiming to offer a reference for the prevention,treatment,and outcome improvement in trauma patients with reduced fibrinogen levels.
