基于小齿轮空心轴C_(0)转向架的机车轴重/轮重转移分析

摘要 文章基于齿轮箱抱轴式驱动的特点,建立了三轴小齿轮空心轴C_(0)转向架及其单个轮对的力学模型,然后在此基础上构建了转向架变形关系及求解方程。以某型三轴小齿轮空心轴C_(0)转向架的参数为例,对比分析了四种驱动布置形式对轴重转移和左右轮重增减载的影响,并提出了转向架驱动布置形式的建议。 Based on the characteristics of the gearbox shaft-holding drive,the mechanical model of the three-axis C_(0)bogie of pinion hollow shaft and its single wheelset is established,and then the deformation relationship and solution equation of the bogie are constructed on this basis.Taking the parameters of a three-axis C_(0)bogie of pinion hollow shaft as an example,the influence of four driving arrangement forms on the axle load transfer and the increase and decrease of left and right wheel load is compared and analyzed,and the suggestions of bogie driving arrangement form are put forward.
