摘要
文章以国内某城轨车辆为研究对象,结合断裂力学理论,通过车体动应力测试获取车辆真实运营载荷谱数据,并通过试验获取的材料参数绘制失效评定图(FAD),开展基于标准BS 7910的适用于轨道车辆结构的服役寿命评估。评估结果表明,该车型车体满足30年的使用寿命要求。
Taking a domestic urban rail vehicle as the research object,and combined the theory of fracture mechanics,this paper obtains the real operating load spectrum data of the vehicle through the dynamic stress test of the vehicle car body.It draws the failure assessment diagram(FAD)through the material parameters obtained by test,and carries out the service life assessment based on the standard BS 7910 suitable for the rail vehicle structure.The evaluation results show that the car body meets the service life requirements of 30 years.
