基于自组织理论的高校有组织科研机理研究

高校科研组织是一个复杂自组织系统,具备开放性、非平衡性、非线性相互作用和内部存在涨落等自组织特征。剖析自组织序参量,认为应从构建解决综合性复杂现实问题的目标指向、非线性扁平化的学习型科研组织结构、自组织与他组织协同交互的管理模式和全方位多维度的协作与评价保障机制四方面来实现有组织科研,为推动高校实现有组织科研提供一定的参考借鉴。

As the result theory,the university scientific research organization is a complex self-organization system,which has the characteristics of openness,non-balance,non-linear interaction and fluctuation.By analyzing the self-organizing order parameter of organized scientific research in universities,the paper holds that the organized research in universities should be realized from four aspects:the goal orientation of solving the comprehensive and complex realistic problems,the non-linear and flat organizational structure of learning-type scientific research,the management mode of cooperation and interaction between self-organization and other organizations,and the all-round and multi-dimensional cooperation and evaluation and guarantee mechanism,to promote the realization of organized research in universities to provide some theoretical and practical reference.
