基于服务地方产业的应用型人才培养体系优化

地方产业发展与地方高校建设是双向互动合作共赢的关系,在提高应用型人才培养质量的同时服务地方产业发展是地方应用型高校的办学目标与改革导向,地方应用型高校应立足地方产业发展需求不断优化应用型人才培养体系,持续提升服务地方产业能力水平,主要应从以下三个方面加强改革与建设,即以服务地方产业为导向优化专业建设,以职业能力培养为主线优化教学过程,以应用能力培养为核心优化课程考核。

The development of local industries and the construction of local universities interact and cooperate with each other so as to reach the win-win accomplishment.It is the educational goal and reform orientation of local application-oriented universities to improve the quality of application-oriented talents in their cultivating process while serving the development of local industries.The local application-oriented colleges and universities,based on the demands of the development of local industries,should optimize constantly their cultivating system of application-oriented talents to enhance their abilities of serving local industries.The three main measures should be taken are as follows:optimizing the major construction with the orientation of serving local industries;optimizing the teaching process with the main thread of cultivating students'professional skills;optimizing the curriculum assessment mechanism with the core of cultivating students'pragmatic ability.
