摘要
采用自由基聚合的方法合成含氟聚丙烯酸酯。利用氨水对聚丙烯酸酯进行氨解改性,在分子间作用力、氢键等作用下实现自修复,从而使改性后的聚丙烯酸酯具有自修复功能。对改性的聚丙烯酸酯进行表征,研究发现,改性后的聚丙烯酸酯应用于原电池中的电极材料,与改性前相比具有自修复能力,连续使用时间比较长,增加了电极的使用寿命。
Fluorine-containing polyacrylate is synthesized by free radical polymerization.The polyacrylate is modified by ammonia,and self-healing is realized under the action of intermolecular force and hydrogen bond,so that the modified polyacrylate has self-healing function.The modified polyacrylate is characterized.It is found that the modified polyacrylate applied to the electrode material in the primary battery has self-healing ability compared with that before modification,and the continuous use time is longer,which increases the service life of the electrode.
