N3敏化SrCO_(3)修饰纳米晶TiO_(2)电极的光电化学性质研究

摘要 研究了SrCO_(3)表面修饰对纳米晶TiO_(2)电极的光电性能的影响。SrCO_(3)修饰层的存在对电极的能带结构和陷肼态分布具有显著影响,能够有效抑制半导体电极表面的电荷复合,从而提高染料敏化太阳能电池的光电压和光电转化效率。结果显示,N3敏化一层SrCO_(3)修饰层的纳米晶TiO_(2)太阳能电池在100 mW/cm^(2)白光照射下的光电转化效率达7.46%,而未修饰的TiO_(2)电极的转化效率为6.12%,效率提高了21.9%。 The effect of SrCO_(3)surface modification on the photoelectric properties of nanocrystalline TiO_(2)electrode is studied.The presence of SrCO_(3)modification layer has a significant effect on the energy band structure and the distribution of the trapped hydrazine state of the electrode,which can effectively inhibit the charge recombination on the surface of the semiconductor electrode,thus the photovoltage and photoelectric conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell are improved.The results show that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the nanocrystalline TiO_(2)solar cell with N3 sensitized SrCO_(3)modified layer reaches 7.46%under the irradiation of 100 mW/cm^(2)white light.While the conversion efficiency of the unmodified TiO_(2)electrode is 6.12%,and the efficiency is increased by 21.9%.
