朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症与Erdheim-Chester病非同时发生1例

Intracranial Langerhans-cell histiocytosis that is not coocurring with Erdheim-Chester disease:report of a case

摘要 Erdheim-Chester病是一种罕见的非朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞疾病,最常见的特征是长骨的多灶性骨硬化,病理特征为片状泡沫组织细胞浸润,伴或不伴有骨外组织的组织细胞浸润。报道1例朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症(Langerhans-Cell histiocytosis,LCH)与Erdheim-Chester病非同时发生的病例,通过分析其临床病理及分子特征,为治疗及预后提供依据。
