分层多胞方管多角度载荷下结构耐撞性分析

摘要 交通事故中汽车薄壁管结构具有重要吸能作用。通过仿真分析刚性墙多角度压溃下分层多胞方管和普通多胞方管的吸能特性发现,0°、10°加载情况下,普通多胞薄壁方管的吸能特性更优;20°、30°加载情况下,普通金属多胞薄壁方管较易发生全局弯曲导致吸能力明显下降,分层多胞薄壁方管可在一定程度避免发生全局弯曲,大角度加载情况下分层多胞方管的吸能特性更优。
