Development Utilization Status and Sustainable Development Strategy of Copper Resources in China

铜资源作为我国战略资源,关乎国家经济建设安全。为帮助业界专业人士更好地发挥主观能动性,以促进我国铜资源的高质量开发利用,在分析了近些年国内铜矿资源特点和开发利用现状、国内再生铜资源的开发利用现状以及铜资源供需现状和趋势基础上,提出了优化难选铜矿石分选技术,提高铜矿石分选指标,增加再生铜资源的有效回收,发展“循环经济”、加强国外铜资源布局,提高国内铜资源保障能力等方面的可持续发展策略,实现高质量发展新格局。

As a strategic resource of China,copper resources are related to the safety of national economic construction.In order to help industry professionals better play their subjective initiative and promote the high-quality development and utilization of copper resources in China,based on the analysis of the characteristics and development utilization status of copper resources in China in recent years,the development and utilization status of regenerated copper resources in China and the current situation and trend of supply and demand of copper resources,this paper puts forward the sustainable development strategies of optimizing the separation technology of refractory copper ore,improving the separation index of copper ore,increasing the effective recovery of regenerated copper resources,developing“circular economy”,strengthening the layout of foreign copper resources,and improving the guarantee capacity of domestic copper resources,so as to realize the new pattern of high-quality development.
