安徽某露转井铁矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘要 对于某露天转地下开采的矿山,为给高效处理矿石提供理论依据,开展了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:(1)矿石的有价成分铁含量为36.29%,有害成分硫、磷含量分别为0.07%和0.63%,矿石中的重点可选矿物赤铁矿含量为45.20%。(2)矿石中的赤铁矿颗粒粒径极细,94.00%的颗粒粒径小于0.07 mm、38.40%的颗粒粒径小于0.01 mm;石英的颗粒粒径总体较小,但比赤铁矿、褐铁矿粗,粒径小于0.07 mm的颗粒分布率为65.02%。(3)赤铁矿产出形式主要为细粒、微细粒,颗粒形态表现为片状、不规则状、鲕状、斑状颗粒,常与脉石矿物共生,部分与褐铁矿共生;赤铁矿的共生形式包括浸染状、网脉状、斑状、粒状、包裹状互嵌,少量交代磁铁矿形成半假象矿。(4)有价成分铁主要赋存在赤铁矿中,分布率为85.58%,其次赋存在褐铁矿中,分布率为9.80%,硅主要赋存在石英中,磷主要赋存在磷灰石中。 In order to provide theoretical basis for efficient treatment of ore,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out for a mine from open-pit to underground mining.The results show that:(1)The content of valuable component iron in the ore is 36.29%,the content of harmful components sulfur and phosphorus is 0.07% and 0.63% respectively,and the content of key optional mineral hematite in the ore is45.20%.(2)The particle size of hematite in the ore is very fine,94.00% of the particle size is less than 0.07mm,and 38.40% of the particle size is less than 0.01 mm.The particle size of quartz is generally small,but it is coarser than hematite and limonite.The particle distribution rate of particle size less than 0.07 mm is65.02%.(3)Hematite occurs mainly in the form of fine and micro-fine particles.The particle morphology is flaky,irregular,oolitic and porphyritic particles,which are often associated with gangue minerals and partially associated with limonite.The symbiotic forms of hematite include disseminated,reticular,porphyritic,granular and encapsulated mutual embedding,and a small amount of metasomatic magnetite forms a semi-false ore.(4) The valuable component iron mainly occurs in hematite with a distribution rate of85.58%,followed by limonite with a distribution rate of 9.80%.Silicon mainly occurs in quartz,and phosphorus mainly occurs in apatite.
