某铁矿石高效干式预选抛废试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为达到歪头山铁矿节能减排、提高资源综合利用率、增加湿式尾矿库服务年限的目的,针对歪头山原生贫磁铁矿石进行细碎产品干选+闭路高压辊磨产品细粒粉矿干选工艺研究,结果表明,现场细碎产品采用两段干选工艺抛废,全流程抛废率为42.43%,尾矿TFe品位为8.62%、损失率为13.13%,磁性铁品位为0.71%、损失率为1.30%;精矿TFe品位为42.01%、回收率为86.87%,磁性铁品位为39.62%、回收率为98.70%,产品TFe品位提高14.17个百分点。矿石入磨粒度可显著下降,入磨量和湿式尾矿产生量可大幅度减少,多碎少磨、节能增效效果显著。 In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and increasing the service life of wet tailings pond in Waitoushan Iron Mine,technological studies of fine crushing products dry separation + closed-circuit high pressure roller mill products fine powder ore dry separation on the primary lean magnetite ore in Waitoushan were carried out.The results show that the on-site fine crushing products are discarded by two-stage dry separation process.The discarding rate of the whole process is 42.43%,the TFe grade of tailings is 8.62%,the loss rate is13.13%,and the magnetic iron grade is 0.71%,the loss rate is 1.30%.The concentrate TFe grade is42.01%,the recovery rate is 86.87%,the magnetic iron grade is 39.62%,the recovery rate is 98.70%,and the product TFe grade is increased by 14.17 percentage points.The particle size of ore into grinding mill can be significantly reduced,the amount of ore into grinding mill and the amount of wet tailings production can be greatly reduced,and the effect of more crushing and less grinding,energy saving and efficiency increasing is remarkable.
