齐大山混磁精矿新药剂体系下的浮选试验研究

摘要 齐大山选矿厂的混合磁选精矿铁品位为49.21%,为提高选矿厂的精矿品位进行了新型药剂体系下的浮选试验。结果表明,条件试验确定的矿浆pH=9,粗选抑制剂DC用量250 g/t、捕收剂DLTB+航空煤油(质量配合比为100∶0.2)用量225 g/t,精选DLTB+航空煤油用量60 g/t,对应的精矿铁品位为67.37%、回收率为66.85%;试样采用1粗1精3扫、中矿顺序返回浮选闭路流程处理,可获得铁品位为66.54%、回收率为78.37%的铁精矿,铁品位为25.32%、回收率为21.63%的尾矿后续将进行细磨深选,以提高铁回收率。 The iron grade of the mixed magnetic concentrate in Qidashan Concentrator is 49.21%.In order to improve the concentrate grade of the concentrator,a flotation test under the new reagent system was carried out.The results show that the pulp pH determined by the condition test is 9,the dosage of roughing inhibitor DC is 250 g/t,the dosage of collector DLTB + aviation kerosene(mass ratio is 100∶0.2) is 225 g/t,and the dosage of cleaning DLTB + aviation kerosene is 60 g/t.The corresponding concentrate iron grade is67.37% and the recovery rate is 66.85%.The iron concentrate with iron grade of 66.54% and recovery of78.37% can be obtained by using the closed-circuit process of one roughing,one cleaning,three scavenging,and the middle ore returning to flotation in sequence.The tailings with iron grade of 25.32% and recovery of 21.63% will be subjected to fine grinding and deep separation to improve the iron recovery rate.
