塞尔维亚Timok铜金矿上带高硫低铜矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of High-sulfur and Low-copper Ore in Timok Copper-gold Mine Upper Belt of Serbia

摘要 塞尔维亚Timok铜金矿上带高硫低铜矿石中主要铜矿物为铜蓝,硫砷铜矿和黄铜矿少量;矿石中主要有价成分为Cu、Au,主要有害成分为As;矿石中的金大部分为硫化矿包裹金,少量以不可见金的形式赋存在非金属矿物中。为确定矿石的高效选矿工艺,在实验室进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明:矿石在磨矿细度-106μm占80%的情况下、铜粗精矿细磨至P_(80)=25μm情况下,采用1粗2精2扫1精扫流程选铜,选铜尾矿采用1粗1精1扫流程选硫,最终获得铜品位26.93%、金品位5.90 g/t,铜、金回收率分别为88.39%和28.15%,砷含量为1.55%的铜精矿;以及硫品位为28.37%、金品位为2.85 g/t,硫、金回收率分别为60.31%、63.47%的硫精矿。铜精矿中砷含量超标,砷的不利影响需在后续金、铜冶炼工艺技术研究中加以关注。 The main copper minerals in the high-sulfur and low-copper ore of Timok copper-gold mine upper belt in Serbia are covellite,a small amount of sulfur arsenic copper ore and chalcopyrite.The main valuable components in the ore are Cu and Au,and the main harmful component is As.Most of the gold in the ore is sulfide ore encapsulated gold,and a small amount is present in non-metallic gangue in the form of invisible gold.In order to determine the efficient beneficiation process of ore,the beneficiation test was carried out in the laboratory.The results show that when the grinding fineness of the ore is-106 μm accounting for 80%,and the copper rough concentrate is finely ground to P_(80)=25 μm,copper concentrate with copper grade of 26.93% and gold grade of 5.90 g/t,copper and gold recovery rates of 88.39% and 28.15%,and harmful component arsenic content of 1.55% was obtained by adopting one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging-one cleaning scavenging process for copper separation and copper tailings one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging process for sulfur separation.The sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 28.37%,gold grade of 2.85 g/t,sulfur recovery of 60.31% and gold recovery of 63.47% was obtained.The arsenic content in copper concentrate exceeds the standard,and the adverse effects of arsenic should be paid attention to in the subsequent research on gold and copper smelting technology.
