钟九铁矿辅助斜坡道掘进工程通风系统优化

摘要 钟九铁矿斜坡道总长度达到4 430.66 m,采用独头掘进方式,存在通风路线长、阻力大、工作面新鲜风流不足的问题,不仅影响建设效率,而且存在极大的安全隐患。为确保掘进施工安全,需对通风系统进行优化。根据现场施工条件及通风需求,方案设计采用单翼对角抽出通风方式,在斜坡道地表平硐口附近施工1条直径为2 m的回风井,回风井分5段进行施工,并施工斜坡道联巷使该井与各分段斜坡道联通。方案经模拟解算,能极大减小斜坡道因通风除尘问题而带来的安全隐患。 The total length of the ramp of Zhongjiu Iron Mine reaches 4 430.66 m.The single-head excavation method has the problems of long ventilation route,large resistance and insufficient fresh air flow in the working face,which not only affects the construction efficiency,but also has great safety hazards.In order to ensure the safety of tunneling construction,the ventilation system needs to be optimized.According to the site construction conditions and ventilation requirements,a single-wing diagonal extraction ventilation method is adopted in the scheme design.A return air shaft with a diameter of 2 m is constructed near the surface adit of the ramp.The return air shaft is divided into five sections for construction,and the ramp connection roadway is constructed to connect the well with each section ramp.The scheme can greatly reduce the safety hazards caused by the ventilation and dust removal problem of the ramp through simulation calculation.
