摘要
低瓦斯矿井回采面上隅角瓦斯积聚时,往往对瓦斯异常分析不足,治理效果不佳。以店坪煤矿工作面瓦斯涌出异常情况为问题背景,综合分析地质构造情况及邻近工作面回采期间瓦斯涌出情况等,确定采用风动导风装置、风量调控、上隅角悬顶控制及推进速度调整等综合瓦斯治理措施。经过现场验证,方案有效保证了工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度在0.6%以下,回风流瓦斯浓度在0.3%左右,确保了工作面在过向斜影响区域时安全生产。
When gas accumulates in the upper corner of the mining face of low gas mine,the analysis of gas anomaly is often insufficient,and the treatment effect is not good.Taking the abnormal situation of gas emission in the working face of Dianping Coal Mine as the background of the problem,the geological structure and the gas emission during the mining of the adjacent working face are comprehensively analyzed,and the comprehensive gas control measures such as wind-driven air guide device,air volume control,upper corner suspension control and propulsion speed adjustment are determined.After field verification,the scheme effectively ensures that the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is below 0.6%,and the gas concentration in the return air flow is about 0.3%,which ensures the safe production of the working face in the area affected by the syncline.
