摘要
四川会理某氧化锌矿石中的金属矿物主要为菱锌矿、硅锌矿、异极矿,脉石矿物主要为方解石、白云母。由于矿石氧化程度高、泥化严重,属极难选氧化锌矿石。为确定矿石的合适开发利用工艺进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石适宜采用反浮选工艺脱硫脱泥,不适宜采用传统先浮硫化锌矿物的工艺;矿石在磨矿细度为-200目占80%的情况下,采用1次反浮选脱硫脱泥,1粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回流程选锌,最终获得锌品位29.38%、回收率68.40%的锌精矿。
The metal minerals in a zinc oxide ore of Sichuan Huili are mainly smithsonite,willemite and hemimorphite,and the gangue minerals are mainly calcite and muscovite.The ore is a kind of zinc oxide ore with high oxidation degree and serious mudding,which is very difficult to separate.In order to determine the suitable development and utilization process of ore,the beneficiation test was carried out.The results show that the ore is suitable for desulfurization and desliming by reverse flotation process,and it is not suitable for the traditional process of floating zinc sulfide minerals first.In the case of grinding fineness of-200mesh accounting for 80%,the ore adopts the process of one reverse flotation desulfurization and desliming,one roughing,two cleaning and one scavenging,and the middle ore returns in order to select zinc.Finally,the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 29.38% and recovery rate of 68.40% was obtained.
