摘要
某黄金冶炼公司生产水采用零排放工艺,其冶炼废水具有pH值低、重金属离子浓度及盐分高等特点。根据冶炼废水的水质特点、废水回收回用的处理原则,并结合实际生产情况及工艺流程,确定废水处理采用分步多级沉淀工艺。结果表明,根据不同金属离子的去除要求进行分步分段调整及多工艺联合应用,能够取得更好的处理效果及经济效益,本研究取得了有价金属回收率超过90%的好效果,减少了污染物的循环积累。
The production water of a gold smelting company adopts zero discharge process,and the smelting wastewater has the characteristics of low pH value,high concentration of heavy metal ions and high salinity.According to the water quality characteristics of smelting wastewater and the treatment principle of wastewater recovery and reuse,combined with the actual production situation and process flow,it is determined that the wastewater treatment adopts the step-by-step multi-stage precipitation process.The results show that the step-by-step segmentation adjustment and multi-process combined application according to the removal requirements of different metal ions can achieve better treatment effect and economic benefits.This study has achieved good results in the recovery rate of valuable metals exceeding 90%,and the cycle accumulation of pollutants was reduced.
