复杂油气田调堵剂WPL-12的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为提高渤海某复杂油气田调剖调驱效果,以活性低分子乳液聚合物为主剂、复合有机酚醛预聚体为交联剂,得到目标油田调剖/驱用凝胶调堵剂WPL-12。研究调堵剂WPL-12各组分对成胶性能的影响,考察调堵剂WPL-12热稳定性、注入封堵性、耐冲刷性和驱油性能,并在渤海目标油田进行了现场应用。结果表明:调堵剂WPL-12成胶性能良好、初始黏度低,注入性能好;热稳定性好,61.5℃下储存180 d,黏度降幅小于10%;封堵性能良好,模拟岩心封堵率大于80%。2020年9月在D41井现场实施调剖后增油降水效果明显,适用目标复杂油田调剖,为后续类似作业提供了宝贵矿场经验。 In order to improve the profile control and flooding effect of a complex oil and gas field in Bohai,a gel plugging agent WPL-12 for profile control/flooding was obtained by using active low molecular emulsion polymer as main agent and composite organic phenolic prepolymer as crosslinking agent.The effects of each component of plugging control agent WPL-12 on the gelling properties of plugging control agent WPL-12 sys⁃tem were studied.The thermal stability,injection plugging,erosion resistance and oil displacement perfor⁃mance of WPL-12 were investigated and applied in Bohai target oilfield.Results showed that the plugging con⁃trol agent WPL-12 has good gelling performance and low initial viscosity.WPL-12 had good thermal stability,and the viscosity drop was less than 10%when stored at 61.5℃for 180 days;the plugging agent WPL-12 had good plugging performance,and the plugging rate of simulated core was greater than 80%.In September 2020,profile control was carried out in well D41.After the measures,the effect of oil increased and precipita⁃tion was obvious.It is suitable for profile control in complex target oilfields,which provides valuable field ex⁃perience for subsequent similar operations.
