新型冠状病毒感染大流行对结核病防治的不利影响

The negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the treatment and prevention of tuberculosis

过去十余年虽然结核病发病率缓慢下降,病死率减少约1/3,但近3年新型冠状病毒感染大流行逆转了结核病防治的积极趋势。2022年世界卫生组织全球结核病报告、2021年结核病和耐药结核病患者数量均增长,并可能增加结核后肺疾病和结核病相关性死亡患者数量。不断变异的新型冠状病毒和结核分枝杆菌的双重传播,可能对公共卫生、社会经济和患者个体等方面产生更加不利的影响,亟需提出减轻新型冠状病毒感染对结核病影响的新措施。

Over the past decade,tuberculosis incidence has slowly declined and mortality has decreased by almost a third in tandem,but this positive trend in tuberculosis prevention and control was reversed by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic.The Global tuberculosis report 2022 showed a simultaneous increase of the numbers of people with tuberculosis and drug-resistant TB in 2021,which possibly would augment the numbers of patients with post-tuberculosis lung disease and TB-related deaths.The spread of constantly mutating SARS-CoV-2 and Mycobacterium tuberculosis will negatively influence public health,social economy,and the individuals.Therefore,new measures to mitigate the deleterious effects of Corona Virus Disease 2019 on TB are in urgent need.
