固有免疫反应在马尔尼菲篮状菌感染中的研究进展

Research progress on innate immune in response to Talaromyces marneffei infection

马尔尼菲篮状菌(TM)在我国南方是常见的机会性致病性真菌。由于获得性免疫缺陷病或潜在免疫抑制疾病的日益增多,导致马尔尼菲篮状菌病的发病率大幅增加,流行区域不断扩大,且漏诊率、复发率、病死率极高。因此,迫切需要深入研究TM的免疫应答机制。本文从固有免疫应答角度归纳总结了近年来TM感染的研究进展,并指出了今后研究的方向和重点。

Talaromyces marneffei(TM)is a common opportunistic pathogenic fungus in the south of China.Due to the increasing incidence of acquired immunodeficiency diseases or underlying immunosuppressive diseases,the incidence of TM infection has increased significantly,and the epidemic area has been expanding.The rate of missed diagnosis,recurrence,and mortality is extremely high.Therefore,it is urgent to further study the immune response mechanism of TM.This article summarizes the recent research progress of TM infection from the perspective of innate immune response,and points out the direction and emphasis of future research.
