综合干预措施对布鲁氏菌病重点人群认知与态度影响的研究

Impact of comprehensive intervention measures on the cognition and attitude of key populations towards brucellosis

目的了解阜阳市农村地区牛羊养殖户对布病的认知和态度,探索并建立适合阜阳市布病重点人群的综合干预模式。方法设置干预组和对照组,通过对对照组采取布病防护包、健康教育讲座、健康宣传员宣教、布病防控知识宣传等干预措施,比较干预组与对照组的布病知识知晓率和态度情况和干预组在干预前、后布病知识知晓率和态度情况,评价综合干预措施效果。结果认知方面,干预后干预组有显著改变(t=-11.70,P<0.01),对照组也有显著变化(t=-8.69,P<0.01),干预组较对照组提升明显(t=5.56,P<0.01);态度方面,干预后干预组有显著改变(t=-5.17,P<0.01),对照组也有显著变化(t=-6.41,P<0.01),干预组与对照组提升无明显差异(t=1.23,P>0.01)。结论综合干预措施使布病重点人群对布病防控知识有了进一步认识,态度有了一定的改变。

Objective To understand the knowledge and attitudes of cattle and sheep breeders in rural areas of Fuyang City towards brucellosis,and to explore and establish a comprehensive intervention model suitable for key populations affected by brucellosis in Fuyang City.Methods Intervention and control groups were established.Intervention measures,including brucellosis prevention kits,health education lectures,health promotion by educators,and dissemination of brucellosis prevention and control knowledge were implemented in the control group.The brucellosis knowledge awareness and attitude of the intervention and control groups were compared,as well as the changes in knowledge awareness and attitude before and after the intervention in the intervention group,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the comprehensive intervention measures.Results Regarding the cognition,there was a significant improvement in the intervention group after the intervention(t=-11.70,P<0.01),and the control group also showed significant changes(t=-8.69,P<0.01).The improvement in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=5.56,P<0.01).Regarding the attitude,there was a significant improvement in the intervention group after the intervention(t=-5.17,P<0.01),and the control group also showed significant changes(t=-6.41,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the improvement of attitude between the intervention and control groups(t=1.23,P>0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention measures have increased the knowledge of key populations affected by brucellosis about its prevention and control,and have brought about certain changes in attitudes.
