2022年周口市病媒生物监测分析

摘要 目的掌握周口市病媒生物的密度、种群构成和季节消长趋势等,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法灯诱法监测蚊类,笼诱法监测蝇类,夹(板)夜法监测鼠类,粘捕法监测蟑螂类。结果蚊类平均密度为9.67只/(灯·夜),高峰期为6—7月,淡色库蚊为优势种群,占捕获总数的57.33%;蝇类平均密度为4.84只/笼,活动高峰期为6月、7月和9月,家蝇为优势种群,占捕获总数的45.39%;鼠类平均密度为1.04%,优势种群为小家鼠,占监测总数的71.79%;蟑螂类平均密度为1.05只/张,德国小蠊为唯一监测到的种群。结论新冠疫情后,周口市主要病媒生物平均密度低于国家卫生城市控制标准,防治效果保持较好。 Objective To understand the density,population composition and seasonal fluctuation of vectors,and provide scientific evidence for control work.Methods Mosquito lamp trap method,cage trap method,night trap method and stick-trap method were respectively adopted to monitor mosquitoes,flies,rodents and cockroaches.Results The average density of mosquitoes was 9.67 mosquitoes per lamp per night,and the peak was from June to July.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant population,accounting for 57.33%.The average density of flies was 4.84 flies per cage,and the peak activity was in June,July and September.Musca domestica was the dominant population,accounting for 45.39%.The average density of rodents was 1.04%,and Mus musculus was the dominant population,accounting for 71.79%.The average density of cockroaches was 1.05 cockroaches per piece.Blattella germanica was the only population monitored.Conclusion After the outbreak of COVID-19,the average density of main vectors in Zhoukou City was lower than the national health city standard,indicating that the control efficiency was well maintained.
