摘要
现有内燃动力钢轨打磨车在高原长大隧道作业时,存在有毒气体、粉尘危害作业人员生命安全,发动机过热停机,发动机降功、车辆性能下降等问题。文章以GMC-48JS型双动力钢轨打磨车在关角隧道作业数据为基础,研究项目实施过程中打磨车作业质量、司机室空气质量、车辆设备状态等基础数据相关内容,验证钢轨打磨车以接触网作为动力源时在高原长大隧道连续作业能力,为开发适用高原环境的自轮运转设备提供基础数据。
Many challenges arise when existing diesel rail grinding vehicles operate in long and high-altitude tunnels.This includes toxic gases and hazardous dust,which can compromise worker safety,engines overheating and shutting down,and diminished vehicle performance due to engine power reductions.Based on the operation data of the GMC-48JS dual power rail grinding vehicle in the Guanjiao tunnel,this article investigates fundamental data concerning the grinding vehicle's operational quality,cabin air quality,and equipment status during the project's execution.It verifies the continuous operation ability of the rail grinding vehicle in long,high-altitude tunnels using an overhead contact system as the power source.The findings provide basic data for the development of self-walking operation equipment suited for high-altitude environments.
