摘要
地铁属于高风险工程,建设周期长,工况复杂,施工过程中涉及的机电设备数量种类多,如配电柜、开关柜、控制柜等均是影响整个地铁建设、运营、检修的关键设备。由于设备长期带电运行,容易引起设备自身温度升高,长期高温过热会导致电气设备的机械强度、物理性能下降,随着温度的不断升高,甚至会导致弧光故障。为解决以上问题,文章提出一种基于红外弧光监测技术的在线监测解决措施,该措施可以准确监测机电设备的温度异常和弧光故障,从而提高机电设备的安全性。
Metro projects are inherently high-risk endeavors with long construction cycles and complex working conditions.The construction process involves a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment,such as distribution cabinets,switch cabinets,control cabinets,etc.,which play a pivotal role in the construction,operation,and maintenance of the entire metro project.This equipment operates under a constant load,making it susceptible to temperature increases.Prolonged exposure to high temperatures and overheating can significantly compromise the mechanical strength and physical performance of electrical equipment,and may ultimately lead to arc faults.To address these challenges,this article proposes an infrared arc light monitoring technique that can accurately monitor temperature anomalies and arc faults in mechanical and electrical equipment,thereby improving the safety of such equipment.
