文化振兴是乡村振兴的重镇与灵魂,体现乡村发展的价值指向和发展路径。进入新时代,乡村文化建设继续坚持以人民为中心的原则,遵循乡村社会发展规律,致力“两个结合”,弘扬中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化,成就可圈可点。在新发展阶段推进乡村文化振兴存在种种制约,面临诸多困境:优秀传统文化传承不力,城乡文化发展不平衡,文旅产业发展耦合不力,保护意识不足,疏于法治文化建设,缺乏人才和资源等。探索乡村文化振兴策略,优化实践路径与治理路径,必须彰显农民主体地位,践行社会主义核心价值观,关注基础性、前提性、具体性问题,疏浚异化现象和瓶颈难题,保护传承乡村优秀文化,锻造过硬团队,发挥乡贤作用,强化乡村思想道德和乡风文明建设,重塑公共文化空间,推动中国特色乡村文化高质量发展。

Cultural revitalization,showing the value direction of rural development,is the key of rural revitalization.In the new era,rural cultural construction continuously adheres to the people-centered principle,and the laws of rural social development to promote the fine traditional,revolutionary and advanced Chinese culture,and great progresses in rural cultural construction have been achieved in a remarkable way.In the new stage of development,there are various constraints and difficulties in promoting the revitalization of rural culture,such as weak inheritance of excellent traditional culture,unbalanced development of urban and rural culture,neglect of the construction of culture ruled by law,and lack of cultural management,etc.To explore the strategy of rural cultural revitalization and optimize the practice and realization path,we should focus on the overall building of a strong cultural country,and give full play to the main role of farmers.Furthermore,we need to practice the socialist core values and consolidate the cultural leadership.We need to pay attention to basic,prerequisite and concrete problems and eliminate alienation in the cultural field.We need to protect and inherit excellent rural culture and forge great talents team,playing the role of rural virtuous.We need to strengthen rural ideological and moral and rural civilization construction and reshape public cultural space and so on,going through the path of rural cultural development with Chinese characteristics.
