摘要
通过资料收集、整理、分析和广东科技学院服装设计与工程专业实施一课双师协同教学实践探索的经验,根据“双师”在一门课程中的地位与作用,在校企合作的框架下,概括出“校内理论教学和企业实践教学分工协同教学模式”“不同知识或技能相互补充的一课双师协同教学模式”“校内理论教师和校内实践教师分工协同教学模式”等五种一课双师协同教学模式,并分析了五种双师协同教学模式的优势与不足之处,以期为今后专业课程在开展一课双师教学改革的时候,可根据具体专业和专业具体的课程目标、课程内容和企业兼职教师条件,选择合适的双师协同教学模式,较好的达成课程教学目标,实现在校学习与企业岗位实践的对接。
Through collecting,sorting,analyzing the data,and combined with the experience of the practical exploration of the implementing“collaborative dual-teacher for one course”model in the clothing design and engineering specialty of Guangdong University of Science and Technology,according to the status and role of“dual-teacher”in a course,under the framework of college-enterprise cooperation,the paper summarizes five collaborative teaching models.It includes five modes,such as“division-of-work and collaborative teaching mode of theoretical teaching in college and practice teaching in enterprises”,“collaborative teaching mode of dual-teacher for one course with complementary different knowledge or skills”and“collaborative teaching mode of theory-course teachers and practical-course teachers in college”.And the paper analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,hoping to choose the appropriate dual-teacher teaching mode to achieve satisfactory teaching objectives and the integration of college learning with the post practice,according to the specific objectives of different courses and majors,the course contents and the condition for the part-time teachers when carrying out the teaching reform of dual-teacher model for one course.
