乡村振兴背景下本土人才队伍建设问题——以济南市为例

实现乡村振兴,离不开乡村人才的振兴,而在乡村本土生活、工作的人才就必然会成为乡村人才振兴的主力军,做好这一人才队伍的培育和建设工作,自然也就成为实现乡村人才振兴的主要抓手,以及乡村振兴的第一要义。在这一背景下,研究本土人才队伍建设问题具有重要的理论与实践意义。乡村本土人才总量不足、结构不优、素质不高、开发意识不强、流失现象严重等问题的存在,需要认真分析原因,找到具有针对性的政策建议加以解决。

The revitalization of rural areas is inseparable from the revitalization of rural talents,and the talents who live and work in rural areas will inevitably become the main force of the revitalization of rural talents.Doing a good job in the cultivation and construction of this talent team will naturally become the main starting point for the realization of rural talent revitalization,as well as the first essence of rural revitalization.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of local talent team.The problems such as insufficient total number of local talents in rural areas,poor structure,low quality,weak development awareness,and serious loss need to be carefully analyzed to find targeted policy recommendations to solve.
