Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Party Spirit Education of Organizational Cadres in the New Era——Taking the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as an Example

中国共产党人精神谱系根植于中国共产党百年奋斗历程,来源于中国共产党为了初心和使命开创的伟大事业。从中国共产党人精神谱系对组工干部党性教育的作用入手,以兵团为例分析以兵团精神为主线的组工干部党性教育的实效性,提出以中国共产党人精神谱系为主线,增强组工干部党性教育有效性的对策建议,这对各地开展组工干部党性教育培训具有一定的借鉴意义。

The spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists is rooted in the century of struggle of the Communist Party of China and the great cause created by the Communist Party of China for the original aspiration and mission.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the Party spirit education of Party cadres with the spirit of the corps as the main line,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of Party spirit education of Party cadres with the spirit of the Communist Party as the main line,which has certain reference significance for the development of Party spirit education and training of Party cadres around the country.
