C-反应蛋白与白细胞介素-6及降钙素原联合检测在感染性疾病中的应用

Application of combined detection of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in infectious diseases

目的分析C-反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及降钙素原(PCT)联合检测在感染性疾病中的应用。方法选择2021年10月—2022年10月至泰安市中医医院就诊的80例感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,依据感染类型分为细菌感染组(45例)、病毒感染组(35例),另外选择同期40名健康体检者作为对照组。使用全自动免疫荧光定量检测仪,采用免疫荧光双抗体夹心法检测各组受检者的IL-6、PCT水平;使用特定蛋白免疫分析仪,采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测CRP水平;分析各组上述指标水平的差异。结果细菌感染组的CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均明显高于病毒感染组和对照组[CRP(mg/L):145.96±18.25比43.22±10.15、5.06±1.52,IL-6(ng/L):98.65±20.65比16.12±8.14、6.05±2.36,PCT(μg/L):6.28±1.52比0.38±0.10、0.06±0.02,均P<0.05],且病毒感染组CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。细菌感染组CRP、IL-6、PCT的诊断阳性率均明显高于病毒感染组和对照组(CRP:53.33%比34.29%、2.50%,IL-6:60.00%比17.14%、5.00%,PCT:88.89%比8.57%、2.50%,均P<0.05),且病毒感染组CRP、IL-6诊断阳性率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对感染性疾病患者加强血液学指标CRP、IL-6、PCT联合检测,有助于及时了解疾病感染情况,为后续诊疗工作提供相关的实验室数据,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application of combined detection of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)in infectious diseases.Methods The 80 patients diagnosed with infectious diseases who went to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study objects.According to the infection type,the patients were divided into bacterial infection group(45 cases)and viral infection group(35 cases).In addition,40 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Using fully automatic immunofluorescence quantitative detector and immunofluorescence double antibody sandwich method,the levels of IL-6 and PCT in each group of subjects were detected,and latex immunoturbidimetry method and specific protein immunoassay analyzer were used to detect the level of CRP.Results The levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in viral infection group and control group[CRP(mg/L):145.96±18.25 vs.43.22±10.15,5.06±1.52,IL-6(ng/L):98.65±20.65 vs.16.12±8.14,6.05±2.36,PCT(μg/L):6.28±1.52 vs.0.38±0.10,0.06±0.02,all P<0.05.]The levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in virus infection group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The diagnostic positive rates of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in viral infection group and control group(CRP:53.33%vs.34.29%,2.50%,IL-6:60.00%vs.17.14%,5.00%,PCT:88.89%vs.8.57%,2.50%,all P<0.05),and the diagnostic positive rates of CRP and IL-6 in virus infection group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the combined detection of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in patients with infectious diseases is helpful for timely understanding of disease infection and providing relevant laboratory data for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
