我国体育学期刊通讯(信)作者著录情况分析

Description of Corresponding Author in Journal of Sport Science in China

根据通讯(信)作者的著录要求,即联系人、课题负责人、在读硕士或博士研究生的导师和具有高级职称,对北大核心收录的16个体育学期刊进行查阅,分析发现:(1)标注通讯(信)作者的项目标注率大部分在90%以上,结合项目标注率和通讯(信)作者的著录信息,可判断通讯(信)作者的著录整体符合要求;(2)期刊标注率达到100%,平均篇数标注率为58.0%,且所有期刊只标注1位通讯(信)作者;(3)只有《体育科学》和《中国体育科技》采用“*”对通讯(信)作者在作者署名处进行显著标注,其他期刊未标注;(4)有9个期刊使用“通信作者”,6个使用“通讯作者”,1个混合使用“通信作者”和“通讯作者”;(5)通讯(信)作者的著录信息各期刊之间缺乏共识,有10个期刊未标注通讯(信)作者的联系方式,年龄、学历、职称和导师类型的著录表现出一定的随意性。研究认为,我国体育学期刊通讯(信)作者著录的主要问题在于著录格式的不规范、不统一,建议在继续确保通讯(信)作者著录要求的同时,期刊管理部门和期刊协会对通讯(信)作者的具体称谓、标注形式和著录格式应进行标准化和规范化统一。

According to the requirements for the corresponding author,i.e.,contacts,subject leaders,supervisor for master's or doctoral candidates and senior titles,a review of 16 sports journals included in the“A Guide to the Core Journal of China”found that(1)The rate of projects identifying corresponding authors is mostly above 90%,combining the rate and the information of corresponding author,the description of corresponding author is overall reasonable.(2)The rate of journals identifying corresponding authors reached 100%,the average rate of articles with corresponding authors was 58.0%,and only one corresponding author was tagged in all journals.(3)Only China Sports Science and China Sports Science and Technology use“*”to significantly mark the corresponding author in the author's signature,and other journals do not.(4)Nine journals used“corresponding author”,six used“correspondence author”,and 1 mixed use.(5)There is a lack of consensus among journals on the description information of corresponding author,ten journals do not indicate the contact information of the corresponding author,showing randomness on the description of age,educational background,professional title and supervisor type.To sum up,the main problem of the corresponding author of the Chinese journal of physical education is that the format of description is not standardized and uniformed.It is suggested that while continuing to ensure the requirements of corresponding author,the journal management department and the journal association should standardize and unify the specific title,marking form and description format of the corresponding author.
