城市成熟片区步行街改造实施路径研究——以杭州市武林路步行街改造提升为例

Research on the Reconstruction Plan of Pedestrian Street in Mature Urban Areas:Case Study of Upgrading of Wulin Road Pedestrian Street in Hangzhou

步行街作为城市功能提升的重要抓手,其改造过程面临着交通组织、功能业态、空间布局等多方面的挑战,该文基于杭州市武林路步行化改造的经验,对道路的区位条件、历史沿革、现状特征等多方面进行分析,提出道路步行化改造前应科学分析道路步行化改造的内在需求和外部约束,明晰道路步行化改造的重点难点与可行性,科学制订改造方案和相应的交通组织配套方案;同时,应注重发掘老城区步行街的历史文化资源,注重活动策划,对步行街进行系统化、品牌化构建,形成切实可行的步行街实施路径。

As a key focus of urban functional improvement,pedestrian streets face various challenges in terms of traffic organization,functional formats,and spatial layout during the transformation process.Based on the experience of the pedestrian transformation of the Wulin Road in Hangzhou,this article analyzes the location conditions,historical evolution,current characteristics,and other aspects of the road.Then proposed that before the pedestrian transformation of the road,scientific analyzes should be conducted on the internal needs and external constraints of road pedestrian transformation,the key difficulties and feasibility of the pedestrian transformation of the road should be clarified,and the transformation plan and corresponding supporting plans should be scientifically formulated.At the same time,attention should be paid to exploring the historical and cultural resources of pedestrian streets in the old urban area of the city,planning activities,and constructing pedestrian streets in a systematic and branded manner to form a practical and feasible implementation path for pedestrian streets.
