台风天气下地铁运营组织研究

Study on Subway Operation Organization in Typhoon Weather

台风对地铁运营组织影响巨大。目前受其影响的城市地铁均提前编制或指定了台风专项列车运行图,但针对之前的行车组织筹备,普遍未形成系统性应对方案,初期应对困难。该文通过厦门地铁台风预防和应对经验,提出在综合考虑线路条件、服务水平和行车安全等因素基础上,预先制定发布系统性行车组织细化方案,明确台风预计影响次日早上出车、影响当日运营、影响运营结束收车三种不同场景的运营组织,为各部门安全快速处置提供了操作指南,大大提高了台风停运筹备和应对效率。对沿海受台风影响的城市地铁具有较强的借鉴意义。

The typhoon have a great impact on the organization of subway operations.At present,the urban subways affected by the typhoon have compiled or designated the operation map of typhoon special trains in advance.However,before the special train operation map was used,the preparation of the train organization generally did not form a systematic response plan,it is difficult to respond in the early stage.Based on the experience of typhoon prevention and response of Xiamen Metro,this paper proposes to formulate and release a systematic detailed driving organization plan in advance on the basis of comprehensive consideration of line conditions,service level and driving safety,and analyze and clarify the operation organization of three different scenarios of typhoon expected to affect the next morning,impact on day-day operation,and impact on the end of operation,which provides operational guidelines for the safe and rapid disposal of various departments,and greatly improves the preparation and response efficiency of typhoon outage.It has great reference significance for urban subways affected by typhoons along the coast.
