王春雨参加雅加达亚运会女子800m赛前训练生理生化指标的监控研究

摘要 目的:探索王春雨参加雅加达亚运会赛前训练期训练负荷和机能变化情况,为备战东京奥运会赛前训练提供科学化监控方案。方法:应用生理生化指标(Bla、Hb、BU、CK、T、C、LYM、NEUT等)对备战雅加达亚运会赛前训练的过程进行跟踪监控。结果:(1)赛前训练负荷:最大Bla值为18.4mmol/L,最大BU值为7.8mmol/L,最高CK值为225U/L;(2)赛前训练期机能情况:Hb在(134~140)g/L之间、T在(1.81~3.39)nmol/L之间、C在(408~582)nmol/L之间。结论:(1)赛前训练模式化是提高比赛成绩的关键要素之一,不同距离间歇跑和全力跑是女子800m赛前训练的有效训练手段;(2)赛前训练负荷强度较大,负荷量中等,肌肉刺激适宜,机能状态保持良好。 Objective:To explore the change of Wang Chunyu’s training load and function before Jakarta Asian Games,and to provide a scientific monitoring plan for training before Tokyo Olympic Games.Methods:the physiological and biochemical indexes(Bla,HB,Bun,CK,T,C,LYM,NEUT,etc.)were used to monitor the training process before the Asian Games in Jakarta.Results:(1)Pre-competition training load:maximum Bla value was 18.4mmol/L,maximum BU value was 7.8mmol/L,and maximum CK value was 225U/L;(2)Function during pre-competition training:Hb ranges from 134 to 140g/L,T ranges from 1.81 to 3.39nmol/L,and C ranges from 408 to 582nmol/L.Conclusion:(1)Pre-competition training pattern is one of the key factors to improve the performance of the competition,different distance interval running and full running are effective training means for women’s 800m pre-competition training;(2)The pre-competition training load intensity is large,the load is medium,the muscle stimulation is suitable,and the function state is maintained well.
