基于MPC算法的风电参与频率调控策略

摘要 为发挥风电辅助调频作用及快速响应优势,更好改善电网频率特性,文章提出了一种基于模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control,MPC)算法的风电参与频率调控策略。首先,在传统综合惯性控制中,引入了MPC算法,实现对惯性控制参数的实时更新,设计了MPC优化目标函数;然后,建立了控制信号的选择规则,在预测模型的滚动优化过程中对多步控制信号进行动态调整,形成考虑延时和丢包的延迟补偿机制;最后,在不同工况下进行仿真,与基于传统惯性控制的风电辅助调频方法相比,文章所提MPC策略提高了双馈异步风力发电机(Doubly Fed Induction Generator,DFIG)一次调频对通信延时的鲁棒性,提高了电力系统的安全性,同时减小了系统超调量和稳态偏差,验证了所提策略的有效性。 To better improve the frequency characteristics of the power grid,leverage the role of wind power in assisting frequency regulation and its advantages in fast response,a wind power participation frequency regulation strategy based on Model Predictive Control(MPC)algorithm is proposed.Firstly,based on the MPC concept,the MPC algorithm is introduced into traditional integrated inertial control to achieve real-time updates of inertial control parameters,and the MPC optimization objective function is designed;Then,the selection rules for control signals were established,and the multi-step control signals were dynamically adjusted during the rolling optimization process of the prediction model,forming a delay compensation mechanism that considers delay and packet loss;Finally,simulations were conducted under different operating conditions.Compared with traditional inertial control based wind power assisted frequency regulation methods,the MPC strategy proposed in this paper improves the robustness of doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)frequency regulation to communication delay,improves the security of the power system,and reduces system overshoot and steady-state deviation,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
