摘要
以聚合硫酸铁作为絮凝剂处理化纤染色含锑废水,考察了投加量、pH值对锑以及COD去除率的影响,确定了废水处理工艺为絮凝气浮-水解酸化(厌氧)-活性污泥-絮凝沉淀。一级絮凝处理锑的去除率在85%左右,絮凝剂的投加比例为1.1‰。处理后废水排放COD为48 mg/L,锑浓度为23μg/L,可以保证达标排放。
Polyferric sulfate was used as flocculant to treat antimony wastewater from chemical fibre dyeing.The effects of dosage and pH value on antimony and COD removal rate were investigated.The wastewater treatment process includes flocculation air floating-hydrolytic,acidification(anaerobic),activated sludge and flocculation precipitation.The removal rate of antimony in primary flocculation treatment is about 85%,and the total flocculant dosage ratio is 1.1‰.After treatment,the COD of wastewater discharge is 48 mg/L and the concentration of antimony is 23μg/L,which can ensure the discharge standard.
