摘要
目的:公众的普遍采纳是全民健身公共服务平台创新扩散与价值实现的必要前提,对影响我国全民健身公共服务平台用户采纳意愿的因素进行探究。方法:采取文献资料、专家访谈和问卷调查等方法,并基于D&M和全评价模型,以满意度为中介,利用Spss AU及Amos 26.0对搜集的数据进行分析并验证研究假设。结果:(1)平台形式质量、内容质量和效用质量对用户采纳意愿均有显著影响,综合路径系数从大到小依次为平台形式质量(0.270)、内容质量(0.259)和效用质量(0.246);(2)满意度对用户采纳意愿有显著影响,在平台形式质量、内容质量、效用质量与用户采纳意愿间均具有部分中介效应,占比依次为26.30%、31.28%、25.61%,且在平台内容质量间的中介效应占比最大。结论:中介模型的构建证实了平台形式质量、内容质量和效用质量既可以直接影响用户对全民健身公共服务平台的采纳意愿,也可以通过满意度间接影响采纳意愿。建议:未来可以加强平台界面设计与平台效用质量,通过提升平台内容质量增强用户满意度与采纳意愿;同时,政府、平台企业与用户需深度互锁,共同参与全民健身公共服务平台治理。
Objective:The general acceptance of the public is the necessary prerequisite for the innovation diffusion and value realization of the national fitness public service platform.The paper is to explore the factors that affect the users'willingness to adopt the national fitness public service platform.Methods:By using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire and based on the D&M and the full evaluation model,with satisfaction as the intermediary,Spss AU and Amos 26.0 were used to analyze the collected data and verify the research hypothesis.Results:(1)Platform form quality,content quality,and utility quality all have a significant impact on user adoption intention,and the comprehensive path coefficients in descending order are platform form quality(0.270),content quality(0.259)and utility quality(0.246);(2)Satisfaction has a significant impact on user adoption intention,and has a partial mediation effect between platform form quality,content quality,utility quality and user adoption intention,accounting for 26.30%,31.28%,and 25.61%in turn.Conclusion:The construction of the intermediary model proves that the platform form quality,content quality and utility quality can not only directly affect the user's willingness to adopt the national fitness public service platform,but also indirectly affect the adoption willingness through satisfaction.Suggestion:In the future,the platform interface design and platform utility quality can be strengthened,and user satisfaction and willingness to adopt the platform can be enhanced by improving the content quality;and the government,platform companies and users need to be deeply interlocked to jointly participate in the governance of the national fitness public service platform.
