摘要
为积极响应碳达峰、碳中和的目标,探究中国体育旅游产业低碳发展具有重要意义。研究认为:“双碳”背景下中国体育旅游产业低碳发展应遵循协调统筹、科技创新、因地制宜与因人而异等原则。体育旅游产业低碳发展具有发挥经济效益,助力社会经济高质量发展;发挥社会效益,适应社会主要矛盾转化;发挥生态效益,促进生态文明建设的现实意义。但体育旅游产业在低碳发展中仍面临着缺少“宏观—中观—微观”政策支撑,低碳发展体系与低碳发展意识模糊,市场低碳运营标准与监督管理条例缺乏,企业对低碳产品、资源、技术的研制与运用短缺,消费者的低碳消费行为意识较为薄弱等诸多困境。基于此,该研究提出了中国体育旅游产业低碳发展的实施路径:制定多维度的低碳政策,引导体育旅游产业低碳转型;促进体育旅游产业结构升级,推动绿色经济产业增长;优化低碳体育旅游市场结构,探索低碳营销创新策略;积极推动低碳技术在体育旅游企业中的运用;推进体育旅游产业绿色消费升级,促进低碳消费意识与认知的同步提升。
In order to actively respond to the carbon peak and carbon neutral goals(referred to as"double carbon"),it is important to explore the low-carbon development of China's sports tourism industry.The study concludes that the development of the industry in the context of"double carbon"should follow the principles of coordination,scientific and technological innovation,localization and individualization;it has economic benefits to contribute to the high-quality development of social economy;social benefits to adapt to the transformation of major social contradictions;and ecological benefits to promote the construction of ecological civilization.However,the sports tourism industry lacks"macro-meso-micro"policy support in low-carbon development,low-carbon development system and low-carbon development awareness is vague,market low-carbon operation standards and supervision and management regulations are still lacking,the development and application of low-carbon products,resources and technologies by enterprises are short,and the awareness of low-carbon consumption behavior of consumers is weak.Based on this,the implementation paths are proposed:to formulate multi-dimensional low-carbon policies to guide the low-carbon transformation of sports tourism industry;to promote the upgrading of sports tourism industry structure and green economic growth;to optimize low-carbon market structure and explore low-carbon marketing innovation strategies;to actively promote the use of low-carbon technologies in enterprises;to promote the upgrading of green consumption and the simultaneous improvement of low-carbon consumption awareness and cognition.
