摘要
水利水电一直是我国利民利国的工程,但是在施工过程中常常会遇到与环境生态之间矛盾的问题,不仅影响其施工,也影响我国社会经济效益。在涨水期或枯水期,如果水利水电这个阶段不施工,就无法保证其正常供电。针对这一现象,导流和围堰技术开始应运而生,通过分段式和全段式的导流,通过不过水围堰施工、混凝土围堰,以及钢板桩格型围堰等,有效地防止了水流对周围的强烈冲刷,保证了施工质量,也保证了施工顺利、正常地运行。基于此,对施工导流技术和围堰技术在水利水电施工中的应用进行分析,以此为水利水电项目施工提供参考。
Water conservancy and hydropower have always been projects that benefit the people and the country in China.However,there are often contradictions between the environment and ecology during construction,which affect both their construction and China's social and economic benefits.If water conservancy and hydropower are not constructed during the periods of high water and low water,it is impossible to ensure their normal power supply.In response to this phenomenon,diversion and cofferdam technologies have emerged,which effectively prevent the strong scouring of the surroundings by water flow through segmented and full-section diversion and the construction of overflow cofferdams,concrete cofferdams and steel sheet pile cellular cofferdams,and ensure the quality and also the smooth and normal operation of construction.Based on this,this article analyzes the application of diversion technology and cofferdam technology in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower,in order to provide reference for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
